Welcome to Yoocood.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yoocood’s website, applications,
and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be

These Terms should be read together with the Yoocood Privacy Policy, which explains how we

2. About Yoocood and Scope of the Services

Yoocood is an AI-assisted companion designed to help users organize communication,

Yoocood provides:

Yoocood does not:

  • Final decisions remain entirely with you

Yoocood is designed with human-in-the-loop oversight by default.

This means:

  • AI recommendations are always reviewable
  • You may accept, edit, or reject suggestions
  • No action is taken without user confirmation

This principle applies across all features and future developments.

You may use Yoocood to:

  • Manage tasks, reminders, and workflows
  • Collaborate where features allow

Prohibited Use

You must not:
